Richard Wu is a Postdoctoral Associate in the laboratory of Dr. Scott R. Manalis at MIT. With a background in microfluidics and analytical technique development, Richard has worked on a series of new measurement technologies for both fundamental and translational research. His previous work on single – cell biophysical profiling has been applied as a potential clinical guidance assay for personalized cancer medicine. He is currently focused on building process analytical technologies for cell and gene therapy manufacturing. H e obtained a PhD in Biological Engineering at MIT and a B S in Bioengineering at UC San Diego.
