Phi Nguyen is a freshman at UMass Lowell, pursuing a Computer Science major with a minor in Mathematics. Focusing on AI and machine learning, Phi conducts research as an Undergraduate Researcher at UMass Lowell, focusing on security in large language models (LLMs) and federated learning in contrastive learning applications. He currently interns at MIT Media Lab’s Sculpting Evolution group, where his work involves enhancing laboratory automation through robotics and exploring LLM applications in automated systems.
