Pablo Rolandi (PhD) heads the Transformative Digital Capabilities (TDC) function in Process Development. The team, based primarily at the Amgen Massachusetts site in Cambridge, seeks to empower Process Development staff to harness their transformative potential through the rapid convergence in chemistry, biology, engineering, and computing, powered by innovative digital capabilities.

Pablo’s expertise spans computational engineering and data sciences, business agility and digital acceleration imperatives, including digitalization/virtualization through digital twins and AI, and as well as leadership, management, the convergence of disciplines, and an agile workforce.
