Maria Montero is a Senior Tech Transfer Engineer at Pfizer’s Andover Clinical Manufacturing Facility, where she drives technology transfer and process optimization for clinical biologics. Since joining Pfizer, Maria has contributed to key initiatives, including implementing the novel One-Pot-Capture-Redox multispecifics manufacturing process to enable seamless scale-up. Maria’s expertise spans analytical and process development, tech transfer, and operational readiness for monoclonal antibodies and advanced biomaterials. A graduate of Tufts University with a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering (2020), Maria is passionate about innovation and operational excellence to deliver life-changing therapies to patients.
